Q:Can multiple discount codes be applied to the same product at the same time (for example, a discount code + automatic discount)?

A:No. Only one discount can be applied at a time. During events and sales, the checkout system will automatically apply the largest discount entered/available. 

Q:Why am I not able to use the referral code I have?

A:Customers who use a referral code must meet the following conditions:

  • Be a new customer
  • Make a minimum purchase of $10
  • Use a referral code still within its validity period
  • Use a referral code that hasn't been redeemed yet 

Q:I forgot to use my discount code during the purchase. Can I refund the difference?

A:As long as the discount code was valid at the time of your purchase, you can have the difference refunded. 

Q:Should I create my account before placing an order on your website?

A:You can order on our website without creating an account. 

Q:What can I do after creating an account at your store?

A:After creating an account, you can edit or cancel your order before it's dispatched. You can also download the invoice and request a refund. 

Q: How Long The Warranty Is?A: All produtc guarantee 45-day full refund policy and 24-month warranty

Q: What Isn’t Covered By The Warranty?

A: 1. The product is over warranty time and it is damaged by the customers themselves.For force majeure causes like earthquake, typhoon, etc, the product isn't covered by the warranty.
